Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 30 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn.Each of our products has many models, please check the model table carefully to choose the right product. We do not accept any complaints and compensation for the wrong model selection due to personal reasons. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
